I was born in Stockton, never really lived there though.
Ive had the desire to see James in many places (really wish I was going to Coachella but its a year too early for me), but never thought I would see them in such an exotic location as Stockton!!
I am chuffed though, not too far from me, and follows on from Kendal Calling the week before. And all of it dirt cheap as well.
Everyones a winner |

The Manchester band, fronted by Tim Booth, formed in the early '80s but shot to prominence in the '90s with a string of decade defining hits. Fans can expect anthems such as 'Sit Down', 'Just Like Fred Astaire', 'Sometimes' and 'She's a Star'. eFestivals had a chat about festivals with bassist and longest-serving member, Jim Glennie, online in the next few days.
Also appearing at Stockton Riverside Park are Simon and Oscar (Ocean Colour Scene).
Now in it's second year the event will host special guests We Are Scientists, and The Go! Team on Saturday with the main headliner still to be announced. |
Tickets are £15 for a day ticket, £25 for a weekend ticket or £45 for weekend with camping
