We can finally share our new video for Curse Curse with you in all it’s high res glory; and available worldwide for everyone to enjoy now – all welcome on our WeAreJamesTV channel!

Curse Curse, our second single from La Petite Mort, is officially released today and the ‘Alternative Single Edit‘ is now available from iTunes. You can get the album version of the track separately too, from Amazon or iTunes.

Later this year, Curse Curse will also be released on limited edition 12″ vinyl – oh yes! – accompanied by the band’s choice from the Curse Curse Remix Competition we’re currently running with DJ Mag. (Deadline for submissions is midnight on Friday – you’ve still time to enter if you’re quick. You can listen to some of the entries and works-in-progress here on SoundCloud.)

Any budding superstar mix engineers out there want to take a crack at Curse Curse? There’s just one week left to get your mix finished, and submit it to us via our Remix Competition with DJ Mag. The band’s favourite will be released on 12″ vinyl along with the original.

Drumroll please….. Tomorrow will see the world premiere of our music video for Curse Curse – the second single from La Petite Mort.

The video, filmed live at Mares Vivas in Portugal this summer, will be unveiled on Vevo at 3pm Monday.

Delighted to announce that the video for Moving On, made for us by BAFTA winning animator and director Ainslie Henderson, has been nominated for Video of the Year in the AIM Independent Music Awards.

Other nominees in the category are Dan Le Sac vs. Scroobius Pip’s ‘You Will See Me’, FKA Twig’s ‘Water Me’, Liar’s ‘Mess On A Mission’, and Royal Canoe’s ‘Birthday’.

The awards ceremony takes place on 2 September at The Brewery in London.
