Summer Festival Season!!!

This summers festival season kicks off with James flying out to Spain to perform at various events including; SOS Festival, Razzmatazz & La Riviera – they will then be back in the UK playing the Isle of Wight Festival before jetting off for the Ejekt Festival in Greece – then finally rounding off at Portugal’s Festival Marés Vivas.

Remember James will be performing songs from their new album ‘Hey Ma’ live on Later… with Jools Holland tonight at 10pm on BBC TWO, and then will be on again on Friday 2nd May, at 11.35pm.

James’ Spring Theatre Tour is coming to a close tonight with the final date taking place in Aberdeen, Scotland. So for all those who are now suffering from James withdrawal symptoms and wondering what’s next, we have some good news!
Tickets for James’ We Are Sound Winter Tour are on sale NOW! If you are planning on coming along you better act fast – due to an unprecedented demand for tickets, a second Manchester Central date has been added and tickets will be on sale from 5pm today!

The band intend to make these shows into a party, including all the best ingredients from the past, present and future; there are some surprises in store too! They nearly called it the ‘kitchen sink’ tour.

Be listening to The Billy Sloan Show on 102.5 Clyde 1 this Sunday between 7-10pm to hear a James special, with songs recorded live from Thurday’s gig at Edinburgh’s Corn Exchange.
James to play Festival Marés Vivas, Portugal

In the final countdown to the launch of their fine new album Hey Ma, James will be appearing on the radio for some live sessions, interviews, and chats. Here’s what’s in store:
Thursday 3rd April – Tim will be appearing on Steve Lamacq’s Roundtable on 6 Music from 6 – 7pm
Friday 4th – Tune in to old pal Marc Riley’s Brain Surgery from 7pm to hear James perform a semi-acoustic set.
Sunday 6th – Listen to Key 103 from 7pm to hear Michelle Mullaine’s exclusive interview with the band. And for the weekend night-owls catch Tim & Larry on Pete Mitchells Radio 2 show Sunday night.
Monday 7th – Breakfast with the boys on Manchester’s Xfm where they will be joining Jason Mansford; and then you’ve time to nip out and buy a copy of the album before they top it all off by treating us to three live tracks from 8.30pm on Radio 2’s Radcliffe & Maconie show.
Should be good so don’t forget to listen in!
