Our glorious new single All I’m Saying, the third from La Petite Mort, is out digitally today – along with the cheerily named b-side Let Us Die which is also from the album sessions.

They’re available from Amazon for £1.98, 7digital (320kbps) for £1.79 and iTunes and for just £1.29 for the two. Bargain!

We have Macmillan coming to three of the shows – tonight at The Hydro, plus Birmingham and Leeds to collect donations for the wonderful work that they do.

They’ll have volunteers with collection buckets stationed after these gigs – so keep an eye out – you can also text a donation from home or gig by sending: MANC14 £1-£10 (choose an amount) to 70070. Perhaps just the cost of a pint or two, every little helps! It seems like everyone has a story of how Macmillan has helped someone they know – we’re proud to have an opportunity to support their work in some small way.

Well it’s about time. The wonderful video for Moving On, created for us by BAFTA winning director and animator Ainslie Henderson, was recently nominated for both Best Rock/Indie Video and Best Animation In A Video at the 2014 UK Music Video Awards – and has come away victorious in the latter category, with the award for Best Animation.

Massive congratulations to the team behind the video – Ainslie of course on director and animator duties, plus his cohorts Michael Hughes (co-animator) Tobias Feltus (model-making) and William Anderson.

The band will be playing a special intimate warm up date in Stirling next Saturday 8th November – this time at The Albert Halls. Capacity is a little more generous than last time they came to town, but still tiny at just 600, so this is a rare opportunity and you’ll have to move fast to secure your place!

Tickets go on sale on Tuesday the 4th at 10am, and you can buy in person from both The Albert Halls and Tolbooth box offices, over the phone from either (Albert Halls on 01786 473544, Tolbooth 01786 274000), and online via their website. There will be an allocation of tickets reserved for people buying in person, please contact the venue for more info if desired.

Downstairs will be standing / General Admission, and there’s seating in the balcony if you prefer. Set length should be roughly 90 mins, and this is a full band, electric performance. Tickets will be priced at £30, and both box offices charge a ridiculously low booking fee of just £1 on top. Note that under-16s must be accompanied by an adult.

N.B. The tickets are not transferable and cannot be resold – attempting to resell for profit renders the ticket invalid. ID matching booking will be required for entry.

Delighted to confirm release of our third single from La Petite Mort – All I’m Saying – will be out on 17th November, accompanied by….drum roll please….a good old fashioned b-side!

We weren’t able to secure a vinyl release this time, but you’ll be able to buy a digital bundle that includes the cheerily named Let Us Die from the La Petite Mort sessions. A b-side is a pretty major development and we know you lot will be as excited about it as we are.
